Virginia’s War on Women

Abortion Blockade
Abortion Blockade

What in God’s name is  going on in the Commonwealth of Virginia?

Last week, the state House and Senate in Virginia passed a bill that requires women to undergo an ultrasound procedure before having an abortion and, in many cases, it would require them to have a transvaginal ultrasound!     That’s right, I am not making this up.  In many cases, especially early abortions, the doctor would be forced to insert a probe inside the woman’s vagina in order to see the reproductive organs.

The anti-abortion crowd gets more disgusting with each passing year.

    1. It’s been kind of, for lack of a better word, funny, to watch the Republicans try to get Akin to pull out of the race. And it’s been iretnesting to watch them all stand around and try to deny that most, if not all, of their politicians are just as stupid, ignorant, and unempathetic as this evil assclown, when it comes to women’s rights – or anyone else’s, for that matter, except white Conservatice males. The only one who I didn’t see sweat, was Mitt Romney. And why should he?He looked perfectly comfortable, because whatever stance his party wanted to take on abortion in this case, he’s already had that opinion several times.Hell, no matter what the subject, Mitt has taken every stance possible. When running in MA, he was a flaming Liberal. Now that the needs the Republican base, he’s a TRUE Conservative. I think I finally understand how p*rn star Jenna Jameson could support someone like Mitt Romney:I think she admires a man who’s taken more positions than she has.

  1. I used to think as Virginia as the Progressive state. The state where the greatest thinkers came from.

That is all destroyed for me now.

    1. Maybe the message is that it’s a women’s body, so women need to vote for Barack so he can be in chrgae of their health decisions. Or something. Free birth control, or is it Free Tibet ?I swear, it’s hard to keep track of all the bumper stickers on the 1987 Volvos, these days.Anyhow, voting for Barack doesn’t sound like a very healthy decision to me.

  2. Listen to what women, who know him, are saying about Mitt Romney:

Does this sound like a “war on women” to you?

    Are these women victims?

    Or, is truth the victim?

Compare Romney’s administration to the Obama Administration’s treatment of women:

“The White House Boys’ Club: President Obama Has a Woman Problem”

Don’t be fooled by Obama’s beautiful, lofty oratory.

  3. Well, of course, Wilbur those women are going to speak highly of Romney because they SUPPORTED Romney. Duh? And please dont tell me that Romney would have been better for women! “Let’s shut down Planned Parenthood” to begin with. Yeah, that will help women a lot. And Romney opposed Obamacare, which allows women to get certain tests with no co-pay. I could go on and on. If you think Romney would have been better, I suggest medication. But the question is moot anyway, huh?

    1. Life ended up being great, your easiest work to patlrcuiar date. My partner and i loved the explain to you, it had been quite spectacular and you also does a fantastic job of creating motion and also movement even when the actual celebrities counseled me sitting still. many thanks generating these gorgeous projects. I anticipate the next part.

  4. How is inserting a probe into a woman’s vagina any more intrusive than inserting, say, forceps and a suction tube? I guess one is checking to see if there’s life and the ther is making sure there won’t be any? I mean, if you’re planning on an abortion, you should probably plan on your reproducive organs being inspected by a doctor, since that’s where fetuses reside.
